The purpose of the consultation is to allow Bill and Emily to meet you, learn more about you, your timeline, your needs and wants and how to best work together to help you reach your home buying goals.
A standard buyer consultation usually takes 45 minutes – an hour.

We will take this time to review your loan application, give you down payment and loan type options that best fit your needs, but also to allow Bill & Emily to meet you, learn more about you, your timeline, your needs and wants and how we can all work together to help you reach your home buying goals. It’s basically a deeper dive into your personal situation and crucial in order to help you get prepared for the home buying process and to set you up for success.
Yes – you will be meeting directly with Bill AND Emily. You will not get handed off to someone else on their team.
